The theatre company, Taethernum, wanted a video to promote their new production, NIGRUM ANIMA, which is based on the Nosferatu myth. Featuring just two actors, the production is a contemporary audio-visual piece of physical theatre with themes of immortality and hedonism. In some ways, it is a metaphor for modern times and where our own limits are.
The directors/actors are Spanish but live in Berlin so they wanted a version in Spanish and German to use to promote the production in both countries. The footage was filmed in the Kule Theatre, Berlin by photographer and director, Ramiro De Santiago Marquez.
